How to make

In a bowl, add Oats, Milk, Dates & Chia seeds, mix it nicely and leave it in the fridge. Next morning mix it again & top it with your favourite fruits , nuts & seeds.

  • Almond milk or regular milk

  • Fruits - Berries/ Mango/Apple/Banana

  • Nuts - pumpkin/flax/almonds/melon

  • Dates - optional

  • Chia seeds - 2 tsp (soaked in water)
